We went to the three horseshoes for the weekend and had a fantastic dinner which was pan fried fillet of beef with foie gras followed by a gooey chocolate fondant and home made pistachio ice cream. The pub had a wonderful atmosphere and we were made to feel very welcome. The accomodation is clean and comfortable with many touches not found in chain hotels. Every room has fantastic views over the chiltern hills which is lovely to wake up to. This is a lovely tucked away pub/restaurant. It is a great weekend hideaway with great walks and all you need for a relaxed weekend away.
